Shipping policy
Jane & Lizzee standard shipping charges applies to orders shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped M-F, via United Post Office, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Please allow 3 to 5 days for orders of non-personalized items to ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders of personalized items to ship. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Standard shipping is not available to AK, HI, PR, military bases. Shipping charges to these locations are based on weight, size of box, number of boxes, and shipment destination.

If you need expediated shipping, please contact us so we can assist you with your order. Expediated shipping charges are based on weight, size of box, number of boxes, and shipment destination.
If you should happen to receive a damaged/broken item, please take a photo of the damage and email janeandlizzee@gmail.com. Also, please do not discard the broken item and all packaging materials including outside shipping box with shipping label. The shipping carrier may require it for inspection or sent back in order to file the appropriate damage claim with the shipping carrier.
