How to purchase our products?
Our products can be purchased online or if you prefer you can call us with your order at 337-365-0741. We also have select items available at A&E Gallery / Paul Schexnayder Gallery in New Iberia, LA.
What forms of payment does Jane & Lizzee accept?
We accept credit cards as well as PayPal as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card or PayPal to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
When is my credit card charged?
When your order is shipped. When you complete the checkout process your credit card will be authorized for the amount of your order. A credit card authorization means that you have not been charged yet but the buying power of your card has been reduced by the amount of your purchase. This authorized amount is then captured by Ceramic Treasures, Inc. the parent company of Jane & Lizzee when your order ships and the sales process is completed. (Please note the transaction will appear as Ceramic Treasures, Inc. on your credit card statement.)
How do I change or add to my order?
If you need to make a change or addition to your order, please call us at 337-365-0741 or email janeandlizzee@gmail.com right away. If possible, we will accommodate your request.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Out-of-Stock Products
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 1 to 3 business days. Please make sure to add us to your address book so the you can receive a confirmation email - janeandlizzee@gmail.com.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jane & Lizzee reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Louisiana where Jane & Lizzee holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Returns
Jane & Lizzee takes pride in making quality products and keeping our customers happy. Each piece is decorated by hand & minor variations in color, size & appearance can occur in the process. We do not consider these defects and replacement of any item is at the discretion of Jane & Lizzee. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Some items such as food service items will have a custom label that states "Non-Returnable if removed". All LSU and UL Lafayette items are labeled with the Official CLC Holographic Label.
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
